Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items through our logistics partner.
